Sisyphus’ Kitchen
Planning a meal every day forever? You’ll wish you were dead. In a vague attempt at making this toil a little easier, I’m logging all my cooking efforts here for my (and if you’re as hungry and frustrated as I am, maybe your) reference and convenience.
Who knows, perhaps cooking gets less soul-destroying when it's a project.
Notes: I haven't been keeping track of this lately. Looking to revise the site to focus more on recipes - it's been incredibly useful to me as an online recipe book.

IMPORTANT SISYPHUS’ KITCHEN FACTS
- I cook everything for two people: one who eats an average amount and one that eats a lot. Please note that the one who eats an average amount (it’s me, hi) eats an enormous portion whenever the dish is pasta-based. Perhaps adjust your amounts accordingly for pasta.
- I cook virtually everything at 200C. This is because we bought our oven second-hand, and in my vigour trying to get the grime off it, I took all the numbers off the dials too. Only 200C remains, and it turns out 200C is broadly quite trustworthy.
- Further to the above, if I specify a temperature other than 200C, it’s sufficienty important that I bust out my protractor each time I cook this meal to get things right. Ignore at your peril.
- I don’t know the difference between cooking oils and I am not gonna specify. Make your own way.
